This machine is suitable for tying the following objects such as: the publications of newspapers or magazines or any kinds of books, and the paper boards or the packing of clothing and foods, and the chemical products or the postal articles, and all the wood wares or other items which need to be tied and fixed well on the surface during the packing.
Model 100 is used for cartons, corrugated paper, prints (magazine, books), plastic commodities, clothes (bed sheets, towels), wood commodities...etc.
The machines adjust the tension and string length automatically during tying process. The properties of string (PE D28) are perfect for Cardboard.
The twine strength can hold up to 132 ponds weight but no damage on the cardboard. For continuous operation, the tying speed can up to 30 bundles on semi-automatic models and 26 bundles for fully automatic models. No labors required for fully automatic models and less manpower required for semi-automatic models are tremendous reduce labor work.
