Stretch Wrapping

The stretching of a film to wrap around and tightly binds stacked items. The plastic film used in this system has to be stretchable. Common applications for this packing method are for material handling and storage. We offer standard economical stretch wrapper with adjustable electromagnetic tention control or with pre-stretch unit for saving in stretch film usage.


For semi-automatic stretch wrapper: The product load to be wrapped place on top of the turntable which spins relatively to the film roll, that has stretch film carriage which can move up or down. The parameters of the machine can be changed depending on type of products to be stretch wrapped.


For mobile stretch wrapper: The mobile stretch wrapper automatically packs pallets of all shapes and sizes because it autonomously rotates around the product to be packed, following the profile of the wood platform or of the product itself such as very long electrical control panel.
